Blu Event Productions is proud to have delivered the Venue Management Association (VMA) Congress & Awards - the premier national event for venue professionals across Australia and New Zealand — in both Melbourne and Brisbane.

In Melbourne, the multi-day event was hosted at the iconic Melbourne Park and MCG, while in Brisbane it was staged at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. Across both cities, BEP managed all production elements of the congress and the prestigious awards night, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for delegates, presenters, and performers.

From conference plenaries and breakout sessions to show-stopping gala dinners, we delivered end-to-end production including staging, lighting, audio, visuals, and technical direction. The awards night was a standout, combining atmosphere and precision to celebrate the best in the business with style.
